I've always loved tea, especially after my Russian mission where it was served more often than water, but for years I just couldn't find any herbal teas I liked. There was that Herbal Matte Latte in Virginia, but it was not to be found here, and I'm not really a Lemon Zinger girl; no fruity, sweet teas for me, please. And then I found these: I know, Roastaroma is such a lame name, and my coffee-drinking friends won't believe me, but it must have been coffee in another life. It's earthy and dark like coffee, made from Roasted barley, chicory, carob, cinnamon, allspice and Chinese star anise. So yummy. It's silly, really, but these teas got me out of bed every morning this Winter, made me so happy to hold their warmth in my hands. And add some honey and milk....forget about it.
