I know, this is a pathetic, little bunch of peaches, but it's OUR pathetic, little bunch of peaches. This Spring, we planted a peach, apricot and plum tree, not expecting to see any fruit for a couple of years, but so far, we've picked one apricot and nine peaches. Sugar sweet peaches. I have big plans for the years to come: fresh peach pies, apricot jam, rustic Austrian plum cakes. Oh, the possibilites.
